Golf Games: Putting Poker

I read this one in Golf Digest a while back.  This is a betting game which mixes poker and putting. Putting Poker or Three-Putt Poker On the first hole of each nine is the beginning of the bet, and players put in their ante just like in poker.  Each player then receives a playing card. Players who one-putt receive another playing card while players who three-putt are required to put an additional bet unit in the pot.  The game combines good putting with a bit of Vegas luck to determine a winner. Yes it is likely that players will not end up with the same amount of cards on each nine hole round, but even a player with one card may have an ace-high win.
