Physical activities for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) improve their quality of life because participating in sports, games, and exercising all involve levels of independence and choice making for that child. These activities can increase self-worth and confidence while providing new opportunities to develop and build friendships, relationships, and deeper ties to the community.

The Ernie Els #GameON Autism® Golf Program is a golf program specially designed to teach children with ASD how to play the game of golf. PGA Professionals trained to work with children that have physical/cognitive challenges will host the golf sessions for boys, girls and young adults with ASD. Throughout the course of the program, participants will exercise and work on new golf skills, while practicing specific autism learning objectives that are infused into every #GameON Autism Golf session.
